Something big is about to happen. This is more than just a personal space for the open office. You’re building a room to breathe, think big, and dream up what’s next. All you need is one tool, and it’s already in your hands.
01
The Floor
Open up Box 1. Let’s start by
building a level playing field. Place
the floor in your desired location,
and make sure it’s within ten feet
of an electrical outlet. Twist the
feet until the floor is level and
there’s no rocking.
02
Floor Grate
Place the Floor Grate into the slot on the base with the tabs facing down.
03
Left Wall
Open Box 2. Carefully lift the left wall with a teammate. Place it onto the base so that the pins drop into the receiving holes. While your teammate holds the wall, screw in all four bolts along the bottom edge.
04
Right Wall
Open Box 3. Set the door aside and carefully lift the right wall with a teammate. Drop it in place, and then tighten all four of the small bolts along the bottom edge.
05
Back Wall
Open Box 4. Carefully lift the back wall with a teammate. Tilt the wall into place. Be careful not to pinch your fingers. Now, screw in the bottom four small bolts and then six bolts along each side.
06
The Desk
Turn the desk upside down and attach its support bracket using three tiny bolts. Slide the desk support bracket over the screws in the left wall. Screw in one small bolt into the back wall and tighten the two screws on the left wall.
07
The Roof
Raise the roof with your teammate. Carefully lift the roof with your teammate. A small step ladder will come in handy. Slide the roof along the side walls, but stop just before it touches the back wall. Connect the roof's power. Then slide the roof to the back. Screw in all 12 small bolts on top of the roof and two medium bolts at the front corners of the left and right walls.
08
The Door
Remove the red caps on the hinges attached to the left wall. Bring the door over and carefully line up all four hinges. Then lower the door into place.
09
Door Handle
Take one of the big door bolts and place it through the door handle, then through the top hole in the acrylic door. Slide a metal spacer over the bolt, then screw it into the wooden door handle. Do the same for the lower holes, then tighten both bolts.
10
The Finish Line
Connect the power to the booth,
wait 30 seconds to boot up, and
congrats—you’ve crossed the
finish line. You’ve just built
everyone’s new favorite place in
the office. That’s a wrap!
